Refund Policy

At SoulPress Naturals, we take pride in offering 100% pure, natural, and traditionally cold-pressed oils. Each product is carefully prepared, packed, and shipped with strict quality checks.
However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement only if:

  • The product delivered is damaged, leaking, or defective.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product is expired on arrival.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • A return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Since we deal in consumable food products, items cannot be returned or refunded if:

  • The product has been opened, used, or tampered with.

  • You do not like the smell, taste, colour, or texture (natural variations occur in cold-pressed oils).

  • The product was purchased under discounts, offers, or clearance sales.


3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@soulpressnaturals.com or WhatsApp on +91-80090-97799.

  2. Share your order number, issue details, and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

  3. After verification, our team will arrange a pickup or guide you on the next steps.

Return approval is subject to inspection and verification by our quality team.


4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (UPI/card/wallet/bank).

  • Shipping or COD charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.


5. Replacement Policy

A replacement will be issued if:

  • The product was damaged or faulty on arrival.

  • The wrong product was shipped.

Replacements are processed free of cost after verification.


6. Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order only if:

  • The order has not yet been shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued within 3–5 working days.


7. Damages During Transit

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Report it within 24–48 hours with photos/videos.

  • We will initiate a replacement after verification with our courier partner.
